🔥 Please arrive 15 MINUTES early for check-in.

Arrive audition and camera ready (style is hip hop / jazz funk)

🔥 Auditions will be filmed and content may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

🔥 After submitting this form, dancers MUST register on the IKONIK website to complete release forms and pay.

🔥 No dancer will be accepted without signed release forms.
