LEVEL PLACEMENT-HOW IT WORKS
Dancers will send in your best HIP HOP video to solidikonikdance@gmail.com.
Cheer will send in your best Pom, or dance video to solidikonikdance@gmail.com..
Please follow the below instructions when sending in your videos.

After we receive your video we will post within 5-7 on our IG @solidikonikdance with your acceptance certificate. You then have 3 days to pay your deposit of only $100 to hold your spot.

SHOW STYLE
High Impact! High Energy! Memorable, Epic & Entertaining! 3 different sections will be included in our shows! Jazz/Funk, Turns Section and Tricks section. ALL dancers/cheerleaders are performing the entire time. Each skill level and age group is highlighted throughout the entire show.
CELEBRITY & VIP MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Celebrity and VIP are the dancers we choose to feature on our private YouTube Channel and will also be placed on our National Dance APP.
TRAINING/ HOW IT WORKS
Choreography will be posted on a private Vinmeo Channel that will be just for you. When the SOLIDIKONIK Dance APP is complete, the choroegraphy will move to our National App. Training on Vinmeo is just like a class and will be broken down and easy to follow.
Dancers/cheerleaders can log in at any given time during the week to brush up on your choreography, making it very easy to fit into your schedules.
Once a month you post the choreography that has been posted up to date to your Instagram and TAG @IKONIKDANCECHAMPIONSHIPS. This is to make sure you are learning the choreography and our staff can check your progress. If you need any additional help you are always able to ask for a private lesson, either on zoom or in person depending where you live.
A few lucky dancers choreography will be picked each month to feature on the Highlight reel on his Instagram.
GAME DAY SAFETY
YOU will know the EXACT GATE where you pick your dancer up after the show.
A REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR STUDIO/ORGANIZATION WILL BE ON THE FIELD WITH YOUR GROUP. WE ARE ESCORTED BY STADIUM STAFF SECURITY through the tunnel and to the field, along with dancers/cheerleader’s chaperones. We will meet you directly after the show at the previously specified gate. PLEASE be there to pick up your dancer/s. Pick-up names will be listed with the chaperone, and you MUST SHOW ID TO PICK UP your dancer. Instructions are subject to change per Stadium each year and, therefore, will not be posted until 1-2 months before the game.
GAME DAY TRAINING & INSTRUCTIONS
Families should plan an all-day event.
Depending on the time of your game, you will be expected to arrive at training on game day 3-6 hours (depending on age group) with obvious breaks. Dancers/cheerleaders Ages 5-7 will be no longer than 3 hours.
ONLY dancers/cheerleaders, one studio representative, Ikonik chaperones, and Ikonik Staff will be allowed on the field. Parents WILL NOT go down to the field.
Gate entry, drop off, etc. will be specified in a timely manner before game day.
Dancers/cheerleaders are to be dropped off at training, picked up from training, and driven to the Stadium BY THEIR PARENTS. You are required to stay with your dancer until we go through the gate.
FOR EVERY 10 (TEN) DANCERS/CHEERLEADERS, AN IKONIK CHAPERONE IS PROVIDED.
All chaperones are vetted through a background check.

Parents will be provided with the first and last name and cell phone number of your dancer’s/cheerleader’s chaperone. You will be able to contact the chaperones at any time during training or while on the field for the show.
• ONLY DANCERS/CHEERLEADERS (and if you are with your studio) 1 OF YOUR HOME STUDIOS REPRESENTATIVES CHAPERONES, AND OUR STAFF ARE ALLOWED AT TRAINING AND WILL BE ON THE FIELD WITH YOUR CHILD AT ALL TIMES.
ACCOMMODATIONS/HOTEL
We strongly recommend booking a hotel near the Stadium.
Suggested hotels will be posted as game day approaches.
GAME DAY LIVE FORMATION TRAINING
Training location will be announced by email 1-2 weeks prior to your half-time show. The location will be 10-15 miles from the Stadium where you are performing.
PARENTS ARE ALLOWED AT TRAINING IN THE PARENT DESIGNATED AREAS.
Dancers will arrive 3-6 hours before game time. This is when show formations are taught. We will rehearse and then head to the Stadium.
Dancers will receive your show uniform on the day of the show and are expected to wear your show uniform during training.
Hair and makeup must be complete upon arrival to training!
Makeup tip: baby powder keeps lipstick on and under eye black makeup from sweating off and smearing.
UNIFORM PICK UP/WHAT YOU PROVIDE
Uniforms will be distributed the day of the show. When you registered, you gave us your size. Should this change, it is your responsibility to let us know 4 weeks prior to the show
Should there be any size issues, you will exchange right then with our staff
**EACH DANCER is required to provide…
All dancers will provide your shoes for the show. Shoes for this season are Black & White High Top Converse. Depending the season, dancers may be required to provide black leggings.
** EACH CHEERLEADER IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE
SCHOOL TEAMS: If you sign up with your schools team you will follow what your coach says.
INDIVIDUALS: If you sign up individually you will be given your uniform by our staff. Depending the season, you may be required to provide black leggings.
**HAIR AND MAKEUP
High ponytail! NO PART! Straight Hair. Well-manicured required.
All dancers/cheerleaders will wear under eye football makeup, black eyeliner, silver eyeshadow, red lipstick, red blush. (Makeup should be dark!) Dancers’/cheerleaders’ faces are hard to see otherwise. DANCERS/CHEERLEADERS provide their own makeup.
TICKETS
PARTICIPANTS TICKET IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE, AND IS REQUIRED HAVE A TICKET TO ENTER THE STADIUM. All family and friends who want to attend will get ur discounted pricing here.
Ticket prices for each game are different and can vary. Please see your specific game information for your games ticket price.
Every person entering the the stadium INCLUDING YOUR PARTICIPANT is required to have a ticket
Tickets must be purchased through Ikonik.
Ikonik is an outside company and pays for the slot on the field. THIS IS A PAY TO PLAY EVENT. Tickets are required to be purchased through Ikonik as we are required to meet a quota.

The Ikonik dance shows were extremely fun to participate in! All the choreography and dances went together so well everyone always had tons of fun performing them. I absolutely love making new friends and I had a blast enjoying the experience. I love being able to meet new people and this was the greatest opportunity to do so. Personally I love performing due to the fact that you get to go to many different places to perform shows; NFL, Las Vegas, clippers and lakers games, you name it. Every show and every performance was different and individually impactful in their own ways. I highly recommend ikonik due to the family-esc environment is provides with its dancers and community as a whole. Fun for every age 🙂

The ikonik dance crew shows were absolutely so much fun for me! They were always well put together and well-kept together by the Coach JR. They were super fun getting to know everyone that has a passion for dancing as well. Best memories I will carry on forever! I really enjoyed meeting all the new dancers that joined the crew every year as well as the old dancers! Everyone was awesome to work with and picked up the skill pretty quickly! All the dancers were super friendly and such a pleasure to work with. I really enjoyed performing because it taught me some new dance skills that I never knew before and it definitely helped me pick up my hand I coordination even better! Dance has always been an expression of emotion for me and it was beautifully expressed every time I performed with the solid dance crew! I highly recommend solid dance crew because they are absolutely a blast to work with!

My daughter danced with ikonik from age 5 -13. I thought my daughter was so shy. I danced when I was younger, so I thought for sure she would dance. But I didn't know if she would do it on stage, I loved to be the spotlight but I didn't want to press that on my daughter. I was blown away when she got on the Lakers Basketball Court. She showed me a side of her that I didn't know existed. I know for a fact that confidence came from the shows; she told me now that she is 17 years old. Watching her perform at the major events compared to competing was just different. She was different, she kicked her feet up and knew that all she had to do was be her best. Not compete to win anything. The competition was only between her and herself. I always liked that part of ikonik because I think its life in general. Her best friends came out of ikonik and I am forever grateful for what I know ikonik Did for her as a person.

I was so grateful to find a dance program for my daughter that gave her such exceptional training and fun venues to perform at. Every show was an experience and we were like family. As a dance mom I was always in awe when a show would come together and I would watch my daughter and her dance team perform at Staples Center, Angels Stadium, Sofi Stadium and so many different shows. I was always so proud of the grit and hard work that went into each dance. My daughter was taught essential skills that will be with her her whole life most of all acceptance and teamwork. I started with ikonik at age 15. I was the 1st ever dancer in ikonik classes, and I remember I was all alone. J.R. taught me as if the class had over 100 people in the room, and we danced so hard. I immediately knew I had found the right fit to end my dance career as a teen. I wanted to perform at all of the ikonik shows. The first one I did was at a street festival in Temecula California. We had a DJ and a bunch of families would walk by and watch and cheer. After being in competitions my whole life I remembeedr what it was like to just perform and dance and not have to worry about winning in the end. When I stopped dancing with ikonik, we had made it to a bigger platform on the Minor League baseball field in Lake Elsinore. I thought that was BIG, but NOW ikonik is so much more. I remember my coach always saying how she wanted to get us to the NFL and I am so happy that ikonik has made it so far. ikonik taught me that you really can follow your dreams and if you stick to it you can achieve anything you set your mind to. I am excited now as I have my own son, to watch ikonik grow even bigger by getting these shows to more dancers around the world.

At age 10 I started with ikonik. I am 23 now, and have over 5 million followers on Social Media. ikonik really gave me the confidence to believe in myself. I was scared and shy, and had no clue I could even dance. ikonik taught me that I could be myself and how to really love me. To perform in the shows I had to really step out of my shell. And I had soooo much fun. The platform that ikonik provided for me really made me who I am today and gave me the confidence to do what I do today. Being able to perform in front of so many people is invigorating and exciting and just so much fun. All dancers need to experience these shows. There is nothing better than that feeling of knowing you just did that! So many eyes on you. I will never forget that feeling and my coach for giving me the confidence to be able to accomplish all I did.

When I got in to dance, I started out nervous. I Didn’t want to do the shows. I was too shy and nervous, but coach J.R. Made everyone feel welcome and belonged. She pushed me to become a better dancer. The first time I performed I was really nervous but I had a great time. I now know that I love to perform. I love to dance. Each time, I wanted to prove myself and become better and be better for the next performance

What I love most about Ikonik was all of the friends that I made throughout my 10 years dancing. Every show was a new experience to add to my life. I can say I danced at Staples Center, Angels Stadium, Hip Hop International and multiple competitions in Las Vegas. I grew so much as a dancer and know I will be dancing the rest of my life.
