National Performance & Film Program

Welcome to IKONIK United!

IKONIK United is a national dance performance and film program where dancers train, perform, travel, and grow through real-world experiences. Selected dancers may have opportunities to perform on major stages, be featured in the Under the Stadium Lights documentary series, and participate in unique experiences throughout the year.

Program Opportunities May Include

National performances, including NFL events
Under the Stadium Lights documentary series
New York City and Los Angeles tours
New York Fashion Week opportunities
Cruise performance experiences
Disney World performance opportunities
Annual Mother & Daughter Bond Experience Retreat
Leadership, confidence, and social media development

Coach J.R. has over 25 years of coaching experience and created IKONIK to provide dancers with opportunities that go beyond the traditional studio experience—helping young performers build confidence, leadership skills, and lifelong memories.

Parent approval and acceptance into the Dancer Code of Conduct are required for participation.

IKONIK maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, favoritism, and disrespect. Every dancer earns their place through effort, teamwork, and professionalism.

COMMITMENT AGREEMENT

By applying, you understand:

Travel to New York & Los Angeles may be required

Participation includes at least one NFL performance

This is a non-paid opportunity

Program fees, travel, hotel, and food are not included

Filming & editing are covered by IKONIK

B-Roll may be required

A videographer fee may apply during travel weeks
