Season 2026 – Official Program Agreement
The IKONIK Dance Ambassador Program is a selective, opportunity-based development program designed for dancers seeking real-world experience, leadership training, media exposure, and national brand affiliation.
This is NOT a title-only program.
Participation is month-to-month, limited in availability, and requires full compliance with all IKONIK policies, expectations, and communication procedures. Acceptance is by application only and is not guaranteed.

All ambassadors agree to:
• One (1) IKONIK social media collaboration per week
• Refer 2–4 customers per month
• Participate in two (2) IKONIK podcast interviews monthly
• Optional parent participation in Get Salty / Real Talk
$15 per dancer referral. No limit on referrals. Payment issued after NFL show completion.
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund. Requirements include:
• Signed agreement and waivers
• Participation in at least one NFL show
• One Instagram Live per month
• Valid payment method
• Registration through DanceBug
IKONIK provides training, visibility, and exposure only. IKONIK does not guarantee selection, representation, booking, employment, or industry placement. Opportunities are determined by third parties. IKONIK may remove any dancer for lack of commitment or non-compliance without refund.
Parents agree to support commitments and follow IKONIK rules without exception.

• Coach J.R. closed Wednesdays & Saturdays
• Texts for urgent matters only
• Email is primary communication
• 24–48 business hour response window
• No favoritism
• No special privileges
• Immediate removal for violations
• No refunds upon removal
