Scholarship Dancers

Important Terms & Conditions
By signing this form and submitting full payment, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All payments are final.
This is a strict no-refund policy under any circumstances. - No payment plans are offered for upfront discounted fees.
- All fees must be paid in full no later than February 1, 2026.
- After February 1, 2026:
- The 10% discount is null and void
- No further payments will be accepted under this offer
VOLUNTARY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
(“Agreement”)
THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE DISCLOSURES OF RISKS, VOLUNTARILY AND EXPRESSLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME THOSE RISKS, ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. THIS RELEASE AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS – PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.
ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES IN DANCING ACTIVITIES MAY RESULT IN DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, PHYSICAL OR MENTAL INJURY, ILLNESS OR DISEASE, OR DEATH.
This Agreement is between me and Solid Dance Battle, LLC (“SDB”), doing business as Ikonik Championships, and each of their respective successors, lessors, assignees, licensees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and business concerns, past and present, and each of them, as well as each of their partners, owners, trustees, directors, managers, officers, members, intellectual property holders, agents, attorneys, and employees, past and present (collectively referred to as “Releasees”).
My acceptance acknowledges that I, or the minor for whom I am a legal guardian (collectively “I,” “me,” or “my”), have voluntarily chosen to dance or participate in any Activities or use any Facilities associated with SDB.
- VOLUNTARY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS
I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE that use of the Facilities and/or participating in the Activities are inherently dangerous, represent an extreme test of my physical and mental limits, and involve known and unanticipated risks that could result in PHYSICAL OR MENTAL INJURY, DEATH, ILLNESS, OR DAMAGE to me or my property.
Risks include but are not limited to:
- Acts, omissions, and/or negligence in any degree of the Releasees or their agents or employees.
- Injuries inherent in Activities, including:
(a) broken bones or fractures;
(b) concussions;
(c) dislocations;
(d) torn ligaments/tendons;
(e) sprains/strains;
(f) cuts;
(g) torn nails;
(h) bruising;
(i) eye injuries, including loss of sight.
- Latent or apparent defects or conditions of Activities and/or Facilities.
- Improper or inadequate instruction or supervision.
- Behavior of co-participants or spectators.
- Accidents or incidents in wet or hazardous areas.
- First aid, emergency treatment, or failure to provide treatment.
I acknowledge injuries may be compounded by negligent emergency responses.
I further acknowledge:
- I am not under the influence of substances that impair participation.
- I am in good mental and physical health.
- I accept full responsibility for my conduct and equipment.
- SDB cannot determine my readiness or training; I assume all risks.
- VOLUNTARY ACCEPTANCE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE to accept and assume ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK for injury, death, illness, disease, or property damage arising from participation or use of the Facilities.
I understand and acknowledge that participating in SOLID DANCE BATTLE LLC (DBA) IKONIK WORLD’S NFL CHAMPIONSHIPS includes risks beyond Ikonik’s control, including:
- negligence of Releasees;
- inherent risks of Activities;
- latent defects;
- inadequate supervision;
- behavior of others;
- accidents in wet or uneven Facilities.
I expressly acknowledge and assume ALL risks described above, whether known or unknown.
- RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
I VOLUNTARILY RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE, AND AGREE NOT TO SUE the Releasees for any and all liability, claims, demands, or rights related to my participation, including active or passive negligence.
I understand this release is VALID FOREVER and bars claims by me or my heirs.
I FURTHER AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees from:
- attorney’s fees, defense costs, court costs;
- claims alleging I caused injury to any third party;
- claims caused by my negligence or misconduct.
- RELEASE OF RIGHTS RELATED TO AUDIO & PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGE
I IRREVOCABLY GRANT TO SDB:
- The right to use my name, voice, likeness, appearance, and performance.
- The right to reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or use in any media.
- The right to exhibit, market, promote, license, sell, or exploit any media.
Full Disclosure:
SOLID DANCE BATTLE LLC (DBA) IKONIK WORLD’S NFL CHAMPIONSHIPS is not responsible for stadium changes including game time, ticket pricing, performance slot changes, tunnel closures, or field placement.
I understand:
- I am not entitled to compensation.
- SDB owns all copyrights.
- I waive approval rights.
- This release is perpetual.
- I forever release all claims relating to recordings.
- FILMING / PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
I may film or photograph Activities only for personal, non-commercial use.
I agree:
- No third-party or commercial use is allowed without SDB’s written consent.
- Any commercial use requires a negotiated agreement.
- PERSONAL PROPERTY
Releasees have no liability for loss, theft, damage, or destruction of my property.
I am solely responsible for my belongings.
- GENERAL TERMS
- This is the entire agreement on liability and cannot be modified unless in writing.
- If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
- Governing Law: California
- Venue: Orange County, California
- This Agreement is intended to be enforced to the fullest extent allowed by law.
EXHIBIT A
IKONIK PARTICIPANT PAYMENT, POLICIES & AGREEMENT
This Exhibit A is incorporated into and made part of the Master Legal Agreement executed between the Parent/Guardian (“Participant”) and Solid Dance Battle, LLC dba Ikonik Championships (“Ikonik”).
By registering, Parent/Guardian agrees that the following payment terms, policies, and procedures govern participation in any Ikonik program or NFL-affiliated performance opportunity.
- ENTRY FEES & PAYMENT TERMS
Entry Fee
Entry fees vary by game and are determined by the stadium, opponent, and production requirements.
Parent/Guardian must inquire for pricing specific to the selected game. Pricing is game-specific and subject to availability.
- ENTRY FEES INCLUDE (INDEPENDENT DANCERS & NON-LICENSED STUDIOS)
Entry fees include:
- Full performance costume (top and bottom) to keep
- Professional, industry-level choreography
- Ikonik Dance App training (approximately 30–40 hours of choreography, filming, and editing)
- In-person dress rehearsal at a studio or ballroom near the stadium
- Ikonik chaperones escorting dancers to and from the field
- Ikonik staff attendance at in-state or out-of-state shows
- Award pin
Licensed studio dancers must refer to the studios policies.
- DEPOSITS & PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Deposits
- $100 deposit – Independent dancers & non-licensed studios
- $75 deposit – Licensed studios
- Deposits are non-refundable and required to hold a spot
Late Fee
- A $50 late fee will be assessed 24 hours after any payment due date.
Remaining Balances
- Independent dancers and non-licensed studios:
- Remaining balance split into two payments (based on timeline prior to the game)
- Billed on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Final balance due no later than 60 days prior to the game
- LICENSED STUDIOS – ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Licensed studios are required to select a Base Package or VIP Package. Licensed studio dancers will receive a separate payment agreement upon registration that must be signed with your licensed studio.
- Licensed studio terms and payment schedules vary depending on registration date and are outlined in the studio’s exclusive agreement.
LICENSED STUDIOS DANCERS – NO PLACEMENT IS SECURE WITHOUT A SIGNED PAYMENT AGREEMENT.
SECTION 3: CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION, PAYMENT TERMS & NO-CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT (SQUARE COMPLIANT)
By clicking “I Agree,” checking the acceptance box, or otherwise electronically accepting this Waiver and Agreement, the Client/Participant and/or Parent or Legal Guardian (“Client”) expressly authorizes Solid Dance Battle LLC (DBA) IKONIK Dance Championships, LLC, d/b/a IKONIK (“IKONIK”) to securely store and charge the credit or debit card provided through IKONIK’s approved payment processor (Square) AND Dance Bug in accordance with the terms below. No signature is required for authorization.
- Express Authorization to Charge Card on File
Client provides explicit, ongoing authorization for IKONIK to charge the payment method on file for all amounts due, including but not limited to:
- Deposits
- Remaining show fees and balances
- Monthly program fees
- Master class fees
- NFL event tickets (participant and guest tickets)
- Awards tickets
- Costumes
- Merchandise
- Shipping and handling
- Processing fees
- Late fees
- Processing fees
- Administrative fees
- Any additional goods, services, digital content, or items ordered or requested through IKONIK, the IKONIK Store, or by the Client for any reason
Charges may be processed as one-time, recurring, installment, or post-event charges and may occur without additional notice once this authorization is granted.
- Card-on-File Requirement (Square Verification)
Client agrees to:
- Enter and maintain a valid credit or debit card in IKONIK’s Square payment system.
- Keep payment information current at all times.
- Immediately update card details upon expiration, replacement, or cancellation.
Failure to maintain a valid card on file constitutes authorization for IKONIK to suspend services and withhold ticket delivery.
- Studio-Paid Accounts & $0.10 Authorization Charge
For Clients whose licensed studio pays fees on their behalf, Client agrees:
- IKONIK will issue a $0.10 authorization invoice to verify and retain the Client’s card on file.
- This charge constitutes active card verification as recognized by Square.
- IKONIK is authorized to charge the Client’s card if:
- The Client fails to pay the studio,
- The studio reports non-payment,
- Any balance becomes due to IKONIK for any reason.
Client remains financially responsible regardless of studio arrangements.
- Digital Services & Delivery Acknowledgment (Square Dispute Protection)
Client acknowledges and agrees:
- IKONIK is an online-based company.
- Training, choreography, and instructional content are delivered digitally through the IKONIK Dance App.
- Access to digital content constitutes successful delivery of services.
Limited in-person training is offered only the day before or the day of the show and is not guaranteed if Client fails to attend the event. Failure to attend does not invalidate charges.
- NFL & Event Ticket Delivery Policy
Client understands and agrees:
- All NFL and event tickets are digital only.
- Tickets are delivered exclusively via email.
- No paper tickets will be issued.
Tickets will not be released or emailed unless:
- All required fees are paid in full, and
- No payment dispute or chargeback exists.
- No-Refund & No-Chargeback Policy (Square Dispute Control)
Client expressly agrees:
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- Client waives the right to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Non-attendance
- Scheduling conflicts
- Illness or injury
- Travel issues
- Dissatisfaction
- Failure to attend the show
- Failure to redeem tickets or access digital content
- Client acknowledges that:
- Filing a chargeback violates this Agreement,
- Square and card networks impose non-refundable fees on merchants, and
- IKONIK incurs additional administrative costs responding to disputes.
If a chargeback is filed for any reason, IKONIK reserves the right to:
- Immediately revoke access to services and digital content
- Withhold or cancel ticket delivery
- Terminate participation without refund
- Recover all outstanding balances
- Recover chargeback fees, administrative costs, and dispute-related expenses
- Authorization Evidence for Dispute Resolution
Client agrees that the following constitute valid evidence of authorization in any Square or card network dispute:
- Electronic acceptance of this Waiver
- IP address and timestamp of acceptance
- Square transaction records
- Delivery confirmation of digital content
- Email records for ticket delivery or attempted delivery
- App access logs and usage data
Client agrees such records may be submitted by IKONIK as proof of authorization and service fulfillment.
- Binding Agreement & Governing Law
Client acknowledges:
- This Agreement is legally binding upon acceptance.
- This authorization remains in effect until all balances are paid in full.
- This Agreement is enforceable under applicable federal and state laws governing electronic commerce and digital transactions.
- NFL TICKET REQUIREMENTS
Dancer Ticket
- One (1) NFL dancer ticket is required for participation.
- One (1) NFL Parent ticket is required for participation.
- This is an NFL show requirement for dancers to perform. There is a significant fee for dancers to perform at the NFL, ticket sales support your child in giving them this opportunity.
- No dancer may enter the stadium or perform without a ticket.
- Fees are paid directly to the stadium.
- All tickets due 60 days prior to your show
- Ticket orders not accepted until 60 days prior to your show
- Should a dancer register after the 60 days, tickets will be due at the time of registration.
- Licensed studio dancers pay their studio; independent dancers pay Ikonik.
- Non Licensed studios and independent dancers tickets are due 60 days prior to your show. Should a dancer register after the 60 days, tickets will be due at the time of registration.
Parent Ticket
- One (1) parent ticket is required for each dancer.
- Licensed studio dancers – Due June 1st
- Non Licensed studios and independent dancers tickets are due 60 days prior to your show. Should a dancer register after the 60 days, tickets will be due at the time of registration.
- Licensed studio dancers pay their studio; independent dancers pay Ikonik.
- Pricing varies by game ($40–$180).
Additional Tickets
- Additional ticket requests must be submitted through DanceBug no later than 60 days prior.
- Additional tickets are not guaranteed after the 60-day cutoff.
- Licensed studios will give your ticket orders directly to your studio, Non Licensed studios an d Independent dancers will put your order directly in Dancebug.
- MASTER CLASS FEE
- $35.00 per dancer
- Due 30 days prior to the game
- Licensed studio dancers pay their studio; independent dancers pay Ikonik.
- REQUIRED PARENT-PURCHASED ITEMS
Not included in show fees:
- Shoes
- Undergarments
- 2–3 accessories
- HAIR, MAKEUP & ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Requirements vary by show and are listed in the Parent Portal.
- Items may include shoes, undergarments, accessories, and under-eye football stickers.
- Parents are responsible for checking the Resource Section for updates.
- Information provided approximately 45–60 days prior to the event.
- OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
VIP ALL-ACCESS SHOW PACKAGE (Optional) NON LICENSED STUDIOS AND INDEPENDENT DANCERS ONLY. Licensed studio dancers will purchase your package directly with your studio.

Includes:
- Eligibility to purchase official Ikonik VIP jacket

- Social media and/or podcast interview with Coach J.R.
- One (1) 15-minute online private lesson with Ikonik staff

All travel-related costs are the sole responsibility of the Parent/Guardian.
- OPTIONAL – VANGUARD SELECT AWARDS ROUTINE
- Selected dancers may participate in the Opening Number for the Awards Ceremony.
- Additional $150 fee (covers choreography, costume shirt, app training, and in-person rehearsal).
- Participation is optional and by selection only.
- Parents will elect at registration to be considered or not.
- OPTIONAL – NEW YORK JETS WORKSHOP INTENSIVE
- Hosted by Ikonik Founder Coach J.R. and professional industry choreographers.
- Held at the New York Jets Training Facility (February/March – Date TBA).
- Includes workshop training and auditions for new dancers.
- Pricing TBD.
- Optional but strongly recommended.
- PAYMENTS & CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
- All payments are processed through Ikonik National Registration (DanceBug) or Square.
- A valid credit card must be kept on file for all participants, including licensed studio dancers.
- Card is authorized to cover all program-related fees including tickets, merchandise, masterclasses, and awards.
Licensed studio dancers must maintain a card on file and may be charged only if studio payments are not made timely or for late fees.
- LATE FEES & PROCESSING FEES
- $50 late fee applies to all late payments.
- 5% credit card processing fee applies to each transaction.
NO FIELD OR BACKSTAGE ACCESS AGREEMENT
I understand and agree:
- Ikonik and the NFL determine all field and backstage access
- No parents, studio owners, or teachers may enter the tunnel, field, or backstage areas
- Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal of the dancer
- Ikonik chaperones will escort dancers at all times
- This policy is strict and non-negotiable
UNDERSTANDING WHERE I PERFORM
- Show slots (Primetime, Halftime, or Stage Show) depend on the specific game selected
- Primetime shows and stage shows may occur at any time prior to the game
- Performance slots may change at any time as determined by the stadium
- Ikonik does not control show times or final placement
WHAT TO EXPECT ON GAME DAY / DROP-OFF / PICK-UP
This section includes, but is not limited to, all rules and procedures regarding:
- New York – 1–4 day event structure (Friday Night dance battle 3 pm +, Saturday dance battle 7 am +, NFL dress rehearsal, Sunday on the field training, halftime show. 6 am +
- LA Rams – Not yet determined.
- Required dress rehearsal – Saturday 7 am +
- Drop-off and pick-up procedures – parents are responsible for all transportation.
- Stadium gate access
- Wristbands – Dancer and 1 parent will have matching wristbands for all pickup purposes.
- Chaperone rules- Ikonik staff, designated Ikonik Licensed studio (1) and designated NFL personnel only.
- Communication requirements – On show day parents will be given Ikonik Cell for communication when necessary.
- Costume distribution and return – Costumes are distributed at dress rehearsal. Any exchanges will happen at that time.
- Post-show procedures- Parents will pick up their child directly after the show and watch the game with family and friends.
- Parent/Guardian responsibilities – Pick up, drop off, transport children.
AUDITION RULES
- All dancers are required to audition
- Auditions are free
- A 30-second hip hop video is required and you will upload to dancebug (unless with a licensed studio)
- Placement is based on highest scoring video, not age
- All audition decisions are final
- Two show opportunities may be available for New York – Halftime and Primetime
- Feedback is optional and not guaranteed
- Results are emailed within 2–10 days
- Accepted dancers must confirm participation within 3 days
WHEN AND WHERE I PERFORM
- Performances may be scheduled as Primetime, Halftime, or Stage Show
- The NFL and stadium determine availability and show timing
- Performance placement may change at any time
STADIUM SEATING / PARKING
- Ikonik selects lowest-priced seating, typically upper-level seating
- Due to stadium size, viewing experience is comparable throughout
- Best viewing is often via stadium Jumbotron
- Performance video will be available for purchase after the event
- Parking is controlled by the stadium and should be purchased early online. Ikonik has nothing to do with parking.
- Carpooling or rideshare services are strongly encouraged

CHOREOGRAPHY MANDATORY DUE DATES POLICY
- All choreography is taught exclusively through the Ikonik Dance App
- Licensed studio dancers will also learn in person at your studio.
- Required choreography videos must be uploaded through the DanceBug system only
- Due dates are listed within the Ikonik Dance App under each choreography section
- Late or missing submissions may result in removal from the show
- Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring all submissions are completed on time
- Feedback may or may not be given, and is decided by Ikonik judges.
NFL LOGO & COPYRIGHT COMPLIANCE
I understand and agree:
- NFL and team logos may not be used at any time
- Any violation of NFL copyright or logo usage rules will result in removal from the show
MASTER CLASS REQUIREMENT
- One online Master Class is required for participation
- A $35 fee will be charged one month prior to the show
- The Master Class will be scheduled approximately 1–2 months before the event
MINOR VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE AGREEMENT
SOLID DANCE BATTLE, LLC dba IKONIK DANCE CHAMPIONSHIPS
IKONIK DANCE – MINOR VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE AGREEMENT
This Minor Video & Media Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date signed below by the undersigned parent or legal guardian (“Parent/Guardian”) of the minor named herein (“Minor”), in favor of Solid Dance Battle, LLC dba Ikonik Dance Championships (“IKONIK”).
This is incorporated into and governed by the terms of the Master Agreement.
CONSENT TO RECORDING
Parent/Guardian hereby grants IKONIK permission to photograph, film, videotape, livestream, record, or otherwise capture the Minor’s image, voice, likeness, choreography, performance, movements, participation, and related activities (“Media”).
This includes, without limitation:
- Rehearsals
- Classes
- Auditions
- Workshops
- Trainings
- Livestreams
- NFL-affiliated programs
- Studio battles
- All events affiliated with IKONIK
RIGHTS GRANTED TO IKONIK
Parent/Guardian grants IKONIK the unrestricted, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right to:
- Use, display, reproduce, edit, modify, broadcast, publish, distribute, and license the Media
- Post the Media on the IKONIK Dance App, IKONIK websites, social media platforms, digital outlets, and future technologies
- Use the Minor’s first name, initials, age group, city, team color, and/or studio affiliation when reasonable
Parent/Guardian understands and agrees:
- Media may be publicly accessible
- Media cannot be removed once published
PURPOSE OF USE
Media may be used for, including but not limited to:
- Educational and instructional content on the IKONIK Dance App
- Training videos and choreography demonstrations
- Marketing, advertising, and promotional materials
- Social media content
- National and international broadcasts
- Event documentaries, highlight reels, and livestreams
Parent/Guardian acknowledges that IKONIK produces national-level events, including NFL-affiliated programs, and Media may be used in these contexts.
NO COMPENSATION
Parent/Guardian agrees and understands that:
- The Minor will not receive compensation, royalties, or residuals
- The Minor has no ownership interest in the Media
- All Media rights belong exclusively to IKONIK
NO APPROVAL RIGHTS
Parent/Guardian expressly waives any right to:
- Inspect or review Media prior to use
- Approve edits, modifications, distribution, or placement
IRREVOCABILITY
This release is irrevocable.
Once Media is captured, uploaded, or published, Parent/Guardian understands and agrees:
- Consent cannot be withdrawn
- IKONIK is not required to remove Media from the app or public platforms
- Parent/Guardian waives all rights to request removal
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Parent/Guardian releases and holds harmless IKONIK, including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, producers, partners, sponsors, studios, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims arising from:
- Use of Media
- Editing or modification
- Publication or distribution
- Invasion of privacy
- Misrepresentation
- Defamation
- Any claims arising from Media usage now or in the future
This release applies in perpetuity.
STUDIO SUBMISSIONS
If Media is submitted by a studio, choreographer, or third party, Parent/Guardian acknowledges:
- The studio or third party is authorized to upload Media on behalf of the Minor
- Once uploaded, Media becomes part of the IKONIK Media library
- All terms of this Agreement apply equally to such submissions
TERM
This Agreement is perpetual and remains in effect:
- Beyond the Minor’s participation in IKONIK programs
- For all future use of Media already captured
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
PARENT / GUARDIAN ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, Parent/Guardian confirms and agrees that:
- They are the legal parent or guardian of the Minor
- They have read and fully understand this Agreement
- They voluntarily and knowingly agree to all terms without limitation

This NFL Ticket Deadlines & Payment Acknowledgement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned parent or legal guardian (“Parent”) and Solid Dance Battle, LLC dba Ikonik Dance Championships (“Ikonik”).
This Exhibit D is incorporated into and governed by the Master Agreement.
Parent understands and agrees:
- Failure to submit ticket orders by the deadline may result in Ikonik being unable to secure requested or additional tickets
- After the sixty (60) day deadline, additional ticket requests may not be accepted
- All ticket fees are mandatory and directly contribute to required NFL show access fees
- Current championship ticket pricing is not available until we receive the game date.
AWARDS CEREMONY TICKETS
Parent acknowledges and agrees:
- Awards Ceremony tickets may be purchased up to the day of the ceremony, subject to availability
- Ticket price is $25 per ticket
- The dancer does not require an awards ceremony ticket
- Beginning seven (7) days prior to the ceremony, ticket prices will increase by $10 per ticket
- Parents are strongly encouraged to order early to secure seating and lowest pricing
ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE
By signing, Parent confirms:
- They have read and understand this Agreement
- They agree to all deadlines, pricing disclosures, and financial obligations
- They understand failure to comply may affect ticket availability and event logistics
IKONIK HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT / ACCEPT DIVISION
SOLID DANCE BATTLE, LLC dba IKONIK CHAMPIONSHIPS
HOLD HARMLESS & ACCEPT DIVISION AGREEMENT
This Hold Harmless & Accept Division Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned parent or legal guardian (“Parent”), on behalf of themselves and their participating child (“Participant”), and Solid Dance Battle, LLC, doing business as Ikonik Championships (“Ikonik”), an independent company not affiliated with the NFL or NBA.
INDEPENDENT STATUS OF IKONIK
Parent acknowledges and agrees that Ikonik is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or operated by the NFL..
COMMUNICATION POLICY
Parent understands and agrees:
- Registration is made directly with Ikonik as an individual participant
- All questions regarding Ikonik events must be directed solely to Ikonik staff
- If affiliated with an outside dance studio, Parents will not rely on the studio for Ikonik-related information, but are also welcome to email or call Ikonik Staff at any time.
- Parent agrees to use only official Ikonik communication channels
IKONIK DANCE APP RESPONSIBILITY
Parent agrees to:
- Keep notifications enabled for the Ikonik Dance App at all times
- Regularly check the App for choreography, updates, timelines, and instructions
Failure to check notifications does not release Parent from any obligations.
MISSED CALL TIME / MISSED SHOW POLICY
Parent understands and agrees:
- Missing the required meet time may result in the dancer missing the performance
- No refunds will be issued for missed performances
- Ikonik may, at its sole discretion, apply a portion of fees to a future season, but this is not guaranteed
- If stadium operations result in tunnel closure or access restrictions, Ikonik has no control and bears no liability
PERFORMANCE SLOT & STADIUM CONTROL
Parent acknowledges and accepts:
- They understand the performance type registered for (Halftime, Primetime, or Stage Show)
- All show timing and placement are determined solely by the stadium
- Ikonik may not receive final performance details until minutes before show time
- Best viewing may be via stadium Jumbotron
- Performance slots may change at any time due to stadium directives
ACCEPTANCE OF SHOW LEVEL & DIVISION
Parent confirms and agrees:
- The dancer is capable of performing the choreography provided
- Division color and level placement is determined solely by Ikonik staff
- Placement or level selection may not be used as grounds for refund or dispute
HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNIFICATION
By participating, Parent agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ikonik from any claims arising from:
- Failure to follow instructions
- Missed call times
- Misunderstanding of performance placement
- Stadium or NFL operational decisions
- Participant behavior or conduct
This includes attorney fees, court costs, and claims brought by third parties.
AGE CONFIRMATION & PARENT RESPONSIBILITY
By signing, Parent confirms:
- They are over the age of 18
- If the Participant is a minor, Parent remains fully responsible for all obligations
- All decisions and responsibilities rest solely with the Parent or legal guardian
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES & ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT
SOLID DANCE BATTLE, LLC dba IKONIK CHAMPIONSHIPS
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
This Medical Emergencies & Assumption of Risk Agreement (“Agreement”) is incorporated into and governed by the Master Agreement between the undersigned Parent/Guardian and Solid Dance Battle, LLC dba Ikonik Championships (“SDB”).
All terms apply to all Ikonik programs, rehearsals, activities, events, travel, and participation in NFL stadium programs.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE that participation in Ikonik activities and use of any facilities are inherently dangerous, involve strenuous physical and mental exertion, and may expose me or my child to known and unknown risks, which may result in physical or mental injury, illness, disease, permanent disability, death, or property damage.
I understand these risks may result in claims against the Releasees.
I nevertheless voluntarily choose to accept and assume all such risks.
Risks include, but are not limited to:
- Acts, omissions, or negligence of the Releasees, including staff, agents, contractors, or volunteers
- Inherent risks of dance, athletic training, rehearsals, performances, and stadium environments, including:
- Broken bones, fractures, or cartilage injuries
- Concussions or head trauma
- Dislocations
- Torn ligaments or tendons
- Sprains, strains, and muscle injuries
- Cuts, abrasions, or lacerations
- Torn nails
- Bruises and contusions
- Eye injuries, including loss of sight
- Latent or apparent defects in facilities, flooring, equipment, or venues
- Improper, inadequate, or delayed instruction or supervision
- Actions or behavior of other participants, spectators, or third parties
- Slippery, wet, crowded, or hazardous areas
- First aid, emergency care, medical treatment, or failure to provide treatment
I further acknowledge that injury or illness may be worsened by delayed or negligent emergency response by the Releasees or medical personnel.
ADDITIONAL RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE that the risks described are not exhaustive, and that other known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable risks may occur.
I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT:
- I am not under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or any substance that would impair participation
- I possess the skill level necessary to participate safely
- I am in good physical and mental health
- I do not suffer from any condition that would affect safe participation
- I agree to comply with all rules, instructions, and safety guidelines
- I accept full responsibility for my conduct and equipment
- SDB does not evaluate my fitness or training level, and I assume all risks related to inadequate preparation
VOLUNTARY ACCEPTANCE OF FULL RESPONSIBILITY
I EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE to assume ALL RESPONSIBILITY, ALL RISK, and ALL CONSEQUENCES arising from participation, including injury, illness, disease, death, or property damage.
This assumption applies regardless of:
- Active or passive negligence
- Facility or equipment defects
- Insufficient supervision
- Conduct of third parties
- Inadequate or delayed emergency response
I agree that the benefits of participation outweigh the risks assumed.
RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNIFICATION
I VOLUNTARILY RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Solid Dance Battle, LLC dba Ikonik Championships, including its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, studios, affiliates, and representatives (“Releasees”), from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of participation, including those resulting from active or passive negligence.
This release is permanent and binding and applies to:
- Myself
- My child
- My spouse
- My heirs
- My estate
I FURTHER AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees from all claims, including:
- Attorney fees
- Court costs
- Defense expenses
- Third-party claims
- Injuries caused by myself or my minor child
- Any allegation that I caused injury, death, or property damage
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
- Ikonik reserves the right to refuse service to any participant or parent for any reason, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
STADIUM-CONTROLLED EVENTS & NO CONTROL OVER GAME CHANGES
Parent understands and expressly agrees:
- All NFL game dates, times, locations, access points, rehearsals, credentials, performance duration, staging, and production elements are controlled solely by the stadium, NFL team, and/or their authorized representatives
- Ikonik and the Studio have no control over:
- Game date or time changes
- Game rescheduling
- Game cancellations
- Stadium access restrictions
- Weather delays
- Security requirements
- Performance timing or duration
- Removal or modification of performances
- Seating assignments or ticket availability
Parent agrees that all decisions made by the stadium, NFL team, or league authority are final.
NO REFUNDS FOR STADIUM OR GAME-RELATED CHANGES
Parent acknowledges and agrees:
- All program fees, deposits, monthly fees, show packages, tickets, master classes, costumes, rehearsals, choreography fees, and related expenses are non-refundable, including but not limited to circumstances involving:
- Game date or time changes
- Stadium or NFL decisions
- Game cancellations
- Reduced performance time
- Loss of performance opportunity
- Travel disruptions
- Acts of God
- Weather conditions
- Security or safety decisions
Neither Ikonik nor the Studio shall be responsible for refunds, credits, reimbursements, or compensation due to any stadium-controlled or NFL-controlled change.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Parent knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with:
- Participation in dance rehearsals, practices, performances, and travel
- Stadium environments, including large crowds, security screenings, noise levels, lighting, and staging
- Schedule changes, delays, or cancellations
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at Parent’s own risk.
RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parent releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless:
- Ikonik Dance Championships, LLC
- The Studio, including its owners, directors, employees, contractors, instructors, and volunteers
- Any affiliated production or event staff
from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or liabilities arising from:
- Stadium decisions
- NFL or team decisions
- Game scheduling changes
- Performance cancellations or modifications
- Financial losses
- Travel expenses
- Personal inconvenience
NO GUARANTEE OF PERFORMANCE OR EXPOSURE
Parent acknowledges and agrees:
- Participation does not guarantee:
- A specific performance time
- A specific performance duration
- Media exposure
- Broadcast appearance
- Camera time
All performance opportunities remain subject to stadium and event conditions.
BINDING AGREEMENT
This Agreement:
- Is binding upon the Parent, Dancer, heirs, assigns, and legal representatives
- Shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Studio is located
- Constitutes the entire agreement regarding liability, fees, and stadium-related risks
ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE
By signing, Parent certifies that they:
- Have read and fully understand this Agreement
- Voluntarily agree to all terms
- Acknowledge no reliance on verbal or implied promises
- Agree this Agreement is enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law
Parent further understands:
- All fees are mandatory
- A $50 late fee applies after 24 hours
- A valid credit card must remain on file
- No refunds or chargebacks are permitted
PARTICIPATION POLICIES & PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Included Services
Training, choreography delivered via the Ikonik Dance App, costumes, rehearsals, staffing, and event video are included as outlined.
SIGNATURE – INCLUDED SERVICES
Goods & Services Rendered / No Chargebacks
Parents agree that services are considered rendered when you place your deposit. Ikonik is an online company. The Ikonik dance app access is available on apple and android and does not require an additional charge to access. Parents agree to download the app to access. NFL tickets are delivered 7 days before the game (not before), electronic ticket delivery and waives all chargeback and non-delivery claims. Costumes are delivered at dress rehearsal and are not mailed and waives all chargeback and non-delivery claims.
No Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including illness, emergencies, schedule changes, or cancellations.
Field & Backstage Access Policy
Only Ikonik-approved and NFL-approved personnel may escort dancers. Any violation results in immediate removal without refund.
Show Slot Disclosure
Parent acknowledges that show type and timing are determined by the NFL and/or stadium and may change at any time.
Game Day Procedures
Parents agree to comply with all dress rehearsal, drop-off, pick-up, wristband, chaperone, and multi-day event rules.
Audition Rules
All dancers must audition. Audition results are final. Acceptance is required within three days.
Stadium Seating & Parking
Ikonik selects the lowest-priced seating, typically upper levels. Parking and stadium policies are controlled solely by the venue.
Choreography Deadlines
Failure to meet choreography deadlines may result in removal from the show. Studio owners submit choreography to Ikonik; parents are not responsible for submission.
NFL Logo & Copyright Compliance
No use of NFL or team logos is permitted at any time.
Hair, Makeup & Required Items
Parent agrees to purchase all required items and comply with all styling and appearance requirements.
Master Class Requirement
One mandatory online master class is required, with a $35 fee billed one month prior to the show. By agreeing to this agreement I authorize Ikonik to charge my card.
MINOR VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE
Parent grants Ikonik unrestricted, perpetual rights to use the dancer’s image, video, voice, and likeness for educational, promotional, and commercial purposes.
IKONIK & STUDIO
PARENT HOLD HARMLESS, LIABILITY WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & NFL COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT
This Hold Harmless, Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk & NFL Compliance Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned Parent/Legal Guardian (“Parent”) on behalf of themselves and the minor participant (“Dancer”), in favor of:
Solid Dance Battle LLC DBA Ikonik Dance Championships / Ikonik NFL Program (“Ikonik”),
Ikonik and the Studio are collectively referred to as the “Released Parties.”
- ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF INDEPENDENT ENTITIES
Parent acknowledges and agrees that:
- Ikonik is an independent company.
- The Studio is an independent company.
- Neither Ikonik nor the Studio is owned by, operated by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or employed by the National Football League (“NFL”), any NFL team, stadium, venue, league office, or broadcast partner.
- Any appearance at an NFL stadium, training facility, or related venue is subject to separate approval, licensing, scheduling, and operational control beyond Ikonik’s or the Studio’s control.
- NFL NON-AFFILIATION & DESCRIPTIVE USE ONLY
Parent expressly acknowledges that:
- Any reference to the NFL, NFL teams, stadiums, or venues is descriptive only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or approval.
- Ikonik and the Studio make no representations or guarantees regarding NFL involvement, game dates, broadcast exposure, or performance placement.
- ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Parent knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation in the Ikonik program, including but not limited to:
- Dance rehearsals, choreography, performances, competitions, travel, and live events
- Physical injury, illness, emotional distress, or death
- Property loss or damage
- Accidents occurring before, during, or after rehearsals or performances
- Venue-related conditions including stages, locker rooms, stadium seating, and crowd environments
- RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parent releases, waives, and forever discharges the Released Parties from any and all claims, including claims arising from ordinary negligence, related to participation in the program (excluding gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law).
- HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNIFICATION
Parent agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- The Dancer’s participation
- Parent or Dancer conduct
- Violations of policies, rules, or venue requirements
- Claims brought by third parties related to the Dancer
- NFL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LOGO RESTRICTIONS
Parent agrees that:
- No NFL logos, team names, stadium names, trademarks, or copyrighted materials may be used in any form, including social media, apparel, merchandise, videos, or announcements, unless expressly approved in writing by Ikonik.
- Unauthorized use may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
- SOCIAL MEDIA & PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT RESTRICTIONS
Parent agrees that:
- No public posts, announcements, tagging, countdowns, livestreams, or promotional statements referencing the NFL, any NFL team, stadium, game date, or performance details may be made without prior written approval from Ikonik.
- The parent agrees to immediately remove any unapproved content upon request.
- STADIUM RULES, SECURITY & REMOVAL AUTHORITY
Parent acknowledges that:
- NFL stadiums operate under strict security and conduct policies.
- Stadium personnel may deny access, remove participants, or cancel performances at any time.
- Ikonik and the Studio have no authority to override stadium or NFL decisions.
- TICKETS, ACCESS & SEATING DISCLAIMER
Parent understands and agrees that:
- NFL tickets are controlled by the NFL and/or stadium, not Ikonik or the Studio.
- Ticket pricing, seating, access, and availability are subject to change.
- Tickets are non-refundable, regardless of performance placement or scheduling changes.
- PERFORMANCE & PLACEMENT DISCLAIMER
Parent acknowledges that participation does not guarantee halftime or primetime performance, on-field access, camera or broadcast exposure, or specific roles or placements.
- SCHEDULING CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE
Parent agrees that:
- Game dates, rehearsal schedules, venues, and performance formats may change at any time.
- Events may be postponed, relocated, or canceled due to circumstances beyond Ikonik’s or the Studio’s control.
- Such changes do not constitute breach of contract and do not release parents from financial obligations.
- FINANCIAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Parent acknowledges that:
- All fees, deposits, monthly payments, packages, costumes, tickets, and add-ons are non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
- The Studio may collect fees on behalf of Ikonik.
- Ikonik is not responsible for studio-level payment plans unless expressly stated in writing.
- MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
Parent authorizes Ikonik and/or the Studio to obtain emergency medical treatment for the Dancer if Parent cannot be reached and agrees to assume full financial responsibility.
- MEDIA RELEASE
Parent grants Ikonik and the Studio the irrevocable right to photograph, film, record, and use the Dancer’s image, likeness, name, voice, and performance for promotional, marketing, educational, and commercial purposes without compensation.
- NO CLAIMS ARISING FROM NFL DECISIONS
Parent agrees that no claim, refund request, or legal action may be brought against Ikonik or the Studio arising from NFL scheduling changes, venue restrictions, security decisions, broadcast determinations, or loss of opportunity to perform.
- GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, New York and New Jersey.
- SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. MISSING CALL TIME AT THE STADIUM
Parents are required to read the final show day information posted in your parent portal one week prior to show day. If you miss the meet time at the stadium and your child misses the show, you will not receive a refund. Once the tunnel is closed, your child will miss the show, and there is nothing Ikonik can do about it. It is at Ikonik staff’s discretion to decide whether to move some of my fees to the next season if you miss the show.
19. KNOWLEDGE OF CHOREOGRAPHY
Parents and studio owners agree they have viewed IKonik Dance APP past Ikonik shows and understand the level and style before registering. By entering, you agree not to claim unawareness of the Ikonik division level as a reason to request a refund.
- ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT
By agreeing below, Parent confirms they have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to all terms of this Agreement and understand they are waiving certain legal rights.
SECTION 3: CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION, PAYMENT TERMS & NO-CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT (SQUARE COMPLIANT)
By clicking “I Agree,” checking the acceptance box, or otherwise electronically accepting this Waiver and Agreement, the Client/Participant and/or Parent or Legal Guardian (“Client”) expressly authorizes IKONIK Dance Championships, LLC, d/b/a IKONIK (“IKONIK”) to securely store and charge the credit or debit card provided through IKONIK’s approved payment processor (Square) in accordance with the terms below. No signature is required for authorization.
- Express Authorization to Charge Card on File
Client provides explicit, ongoing authorization for IKONIK to charge the payment method on file for all amounts due, including but not limited to:
- Deposits
- Remaining show fees and balances
- Monthly program fees
- Master class fees
- NFL event tickets (participant and guest tickets)
- Awards tickets
- Costumes
- Merchandise
- Shipping and handling
- Processing fees
- Late fees
- Administrative fees
- Any additional goods, services, digital content, or items ordered or requested through IKONIK, the IKONIK Store, or by the Client for any reason
Charges may be processed as one-time, recurring, installment, or post-event charges and may occur without additional notice once this authorization is granted.
- Card-on-File Requirement (Square Verification)
Client agrees to:
- Enter and maintain a valid credit or debit card in IKONIK’s Square payment system.
- Keep payment information current at all times.
- Immediately update card details upon expiration, replacement, or cancellation.
Failure to maintain a valid card on file constitutes authorization for IKONIK to suspend services and withhold ticket delivery.
- Studio-Paid Accounts & $0.10 Authorization Charge
For Clients whose licensed studio pays fees on their behalf, Client agrees:
- IKONIK will issue a $0.10 authorization invoice to verify and retain the Client’s card on file.
- This charge constitutes active card verification as recognized by Square.
- IKONIK is authorized to charge the Client’s card if:
- The Client fails to pay the studio,
- The studio reports non-payment,
- Any balance becomes due to IKONIK for any reason.
Client remains financially responsible regardless of studio arrangements.
- Digital Services & Delivery Acknowledgment (Square Dispute Protection)
Client acknowledges and agrees:
- IKONIK is an online-based company.
- Training, choreography, and instructional content are delivered digitally through the IKONIK Dance App.
- Access to digital content constitutes successful delivery of services.
Limited in-person training is offered only the day before or the day of the show and is not guaranteed if Client fails to attend the event. Failure to attend does not invalidate charges.
- NFL & Event Ticket Delivery Policy
Client understands and agrees:
- All NFL and event tickets are digital only.
- Tickets are delivered exclusively via email.
- No paper tickets will be issued.
Tickets will not be released or emailed unless:
- All required fees are paid in full, and
- No payment dispute or chargeback exists.
- No-Refund & No-Chargeback Policy (Square Dispute Control)
Client expressly agrees:
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- Client waives the right to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Non-attendance
- Scheduling conflicts
- Illness or injury
- Travel issues
- Dissatisfaction
- Failure to attend the show
- Failure to redeem tickets or access digital content
- Client acknowledges that:
- Filing a chargeback violates this Agreement,
- Square and card networks impose non-refundable fees on merchants, and
- IKONIK incurs additional administrative costs responding to disputes.
If a chargeback is filed for any reason, IKONIK reserves the right to:
- Immediately revoke access to services and digital content
- Withhold or cancel ticket delivery
- Terminate participation without refund
- Recover all outstanding balances
- Recover chargeback fees, administrative costs, and dispute-related expenses
- Authorization Evidence for Dispute Resolution
Client agrees that the following constitute valid evidence of authorization in any Square or card network dispute:
- Electronic acceptance of this Waiver
- IP address and timestamp of acceptance
- Square transaction records
- Delivery confirmation of digital content
- Email records for ticket delivery or attempted delivery
- App access logs and usage data
Client agrees such records may be submitted by IKONIK as proof of authorization and service fulfillment.
- Binding Agreement & Governing Law
Client acknowledges:
- This Agreement is legally binding upon acceptance.
- This authorization remains in effect until all balances are paid in full.
- This Agreement is enforceable under applicable federal and state laws governing electronic commerce and digital transactions.
