Parent acknowledges and agrees that Ikonik and the Studio are independent entities and not affiliated with, sponsored by, or employed by the NFL, any NFL team, stadium, venue, league office, or broadcast partner. Any appearance at an NFL-related venue is subject to approvals and controls beyond Ikonik’s or the Studio’s control.

Stadiums operate under strict policies. Stadium personnel may deny access, remove participants, or cancel performances. Ikonik and the Studio cannot override stadium or NFL decisions.

Tickets are controlled by the NFL/stadium. Pricing, seating, access, and availability may change and are non-refundable regardless of placement or scheduling changes.
