NFL TICKET ORDERS:

TICKET ORDERS SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. TICKETS ORDERS ARE PAID THE DAY YOU SUBMIT THIS FORM.

AWARDS CEREMONY Ticket Orders:

Pre-order your Ikonik Award Ceremony tickets for $20. Tickets will also be available at the door for $30. Dancers do not need a ticket, they are free. To secure the pre-order price, submit your ticket orders online at least two weeks before the event. If you miss this deadline, you will need to purchase tickets at the door. ALL TICKET ORDERS, SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. TICKETS ORDERS ARE PAID THE DAY YOU SUBMIT THIS FORM. Tickets will be emailed one week before the game. Not before.

OFFICIAL SHOW VIDEO:

Pre-Order the official Ikonik Show Video for a 10% discount, or purchase at the awards ceremony for full price. Discounted price is listed below.

The video includes:

* Highlights from the dress rehearsal

* Footage of dancers walking through the tunnel

* Field views from the right, left and a full front angle

If Ikonik receives additional footage from the stadium, your video will also feature the Jumbotron shot. Please note, Ikonik does not control which dancers appear on the Jumbotron. Show video is due the day you submit this form. All sales are final.

IKONIK dress rehearsal, dancers must not wear any studio gear to ensure fair placing and judging. Dancers may wear costume shirts or purchase an official IKONIK rehearsal shirt (see below, any style is fine). Anyone arriving in studio gear will be asked to change.

Dancers are welcome and encouraged to wear their studio jackets during the awards ceremony.
